I’m Deion J Tulcidas, I have a B.S. Business Information Systems and am passionate about building scalable, secure, and maintainable AWS applications. My work spans multi-tier web apps, serverless solutions, and real-time event-driven systems, all deployed with Infrastructure-as-Code and automated CI/CD pipelines. I focus on creating highly available architectures, robust monitoring, and practical cloud solutions that deliver real value. Developed a full-stack healthcare appointment application that allows patients to book and manage appointments with doctors in a secure, scalable environment. The system demonstrates real-world cloud architecture best practices, including high availability, private networking, load balancing, and database redundancy.
Built a cloud-hosted, real-time leaderboard system for a multiplayer game. Players can submit scores, view global rankings, and track top performers. The system demonstrates scalable, event-driven cloud architecture, secure deployment, and real-time monitoring for reliability.
Developed a serverless web application using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and SNS to capture and notify on user submissions. Implemented IAM least-privilege roles, CloudWatch monitoring, and an event-driven architecture. Integrated a responsive frontend with a thank-you page and deployed via Infrastructure-as-Code for scalable, maintainable operations.
